KIMAKEM srl offers, for all orders made, shipping within 2 days/48 working hours from receipt of payment . 

ATTENTION

KIMAKEM srl can only guarantee the Shipping Terms, while the Delivery Terms are subject to the courier's policies, the geographical characteristics of the shipping address and other normal or extraordinary conditions on which KIMAKEM IBERICA SL has no power to decide.
 

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS (TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY)

KIMAKEM srl guarantees the shipping of the purchased items within 2 days/48 working hours from the order in the case of payment by PayPal or Credit Card.

All shipments of KIMAKEM srl products are entrusted to the licensee companies declared on the website at the time of the order and will be executed under these general terms of contract.
 

1. Delivery method

Deliveries are understood to be made to the ground floor, at the recipient's house number, accessible to normal means of transport. Deliveries to apartments higher than the ground floor or to areas that are out of the ordinary, are considered on the basis of accessory and supplementary performances to the normal transportation contract and as such they will be arranged and taxed according to agreements between the parties and in view of the extent of the performance. Unless otherwise agreed, the fees must be determined at the time of departure and charged to the recipient.

2. Fragile goods

The goods travel at the risk and danger of the recipient. The shipment of the same by the writer company does not involve the acceptance of liability in the case of damage and/or breakage. We recommend ascertaining the integrity of the packaging prior to signing the Courier's delivery note.

3. Storage

Goods that cannot be delivered to the recipient for any reason not attributable to the carrier or to the sender, as well as goods awaiting instructions from the recipient, will be stored, for a fee to be agreed in the rate conditions (see General Terms of Sale); any instruction for their release from storage will only be effective if made in writing. Any redeliveries of goods are subject to all related costs as they are equivalent to a new shipment.

4. Delayed delivery of goods

No mandatory deadline for delivery has binding nature for the company, which is not liable in any case for damages deriving from delayed delivery of the goods. The affixing on transportation documents of terms such as "urgent" or similar will not have any binding nature for the company. In the event of derogations agreed with the company in writing, the company's liability may never exceed what is provided by law. In particular, the company shall not be considered to be in breach in the event of a failure to comply with any terms agreed in writing, where acts or events occur that are beyond the company's control, therein including the incomplete or incorrect communication of data relating to the delivery; the failure to contact the recipient or the refusal of the same to receive the delivery; causes of force majeure such as, by way of example and without limitation, acts by public authorities in the exercise of their mandate, riots, strikes or other trade union disputes, piracy, atmospheric events, etc.
